The theme of the Conference is Emerging Economic and Financial Issues in 21st Century Caribbean Economies.  A number of sub-themes have been included to guide the deliberations of the Conference and to provide avenues for meaningful dialogue between regional and international policy-makers. The broad sub-themes are as follows:

  •  Financing of Education, Healthcare, and Social Security

Participants are requested to provide the following information by the dates indicated:

  • The name(s) of the person(s) likely to participate;
  • The title(s) and abstract(s) of the paper(s) to be presented.
