The Central Bank of Barbados is warning the public about fraudulent emails inviting recipients to access a so-called “personal BOSS+ investment portal.”
The emails do not originate from the Central Bank. The message currently circulating directs recipients to an unauthorised website using the domain bossplus.vip and provides contact information associated with bossplus.club and an Outlook email address. These websites, email addresses and contact details are not affiliated with the Central Bank of Barbados or the BOSS+ bond programme.
Recipients should not click the link, reply to the email, call any telephone number provided, make any payment, or disclose personal, banking or other financial information.

The Central Bank is the administrator of BOSS+ bonds and has not authorised the portal or the individuals identified in the fraudulent email.
The Bank continues to monitor attempts to misuse its name and financial products and urges the public to remain vigilant.
