The Central Bank of Barbados advises members of the public of changes to its operations at the Tom Adams Financial Centre, from Friday, September 25 to Friday, October 2, 2026, to facilitate essential servicing of the Bank’s main air-conditioning system.
During this period, non-essential staff will work remotely, and the public entrance will be closed after 12:00 noon. However, the Foreign Exchange and Fund Management Department will continue to provide limited public-facing services from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Online services such as Forex Online will not be affected and individuals can continue to contact the Bank at 436-6870.
The Bank regrets any inconvenience caused and thanks members of the public for their understanding and cooperation as it undertakes these essential works.
