The Central Bank of Barbados announces that its headquarters, the Tom Adams Financial Centre, will be closed from Monday, September 8 to Friday, September 12, 2025 to facilitate urgent repairs to its air conditioning system.
However, during this period, the Foreign Exchange and Fund Management Department, which deals with foreign exchange-related matters, will be open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Online services such as Forex Online will not be affected and the Bank’s staff will work remotely during the period. You can also contact the Bank at 436-6870.
Normal hours are expected to resume on Monday, September 15, 2025.
The Central Bank thanks the public for its understanding and cooperation during this time and regrets any inconvenience caused during this essential infrastructure improvement period.
