The Central Bank of Barbados is inviting all holders of Treasury Bills, Treasury Notes and Debentures outstanding as of September 30, 2018, who have not received their Debt Exchange Offer Letter, to please email debtexchange@centralbank.org.bb or call 436-6870.
As part of its Debt Restructuring Programme, Government is offering to exchange Existing Treasury Notes, Treasury Bills and Debentures for New Instruments. The deadline for accepting the Offer is October 5, 2018, 5:00p.m.
