Central Bank of Barbados Governor Cleviston Haynes delivered the feature address at the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s November luncheon. Following his remarks, he participated in a Question and Answer session that covered a range of issues including the Barbados Economic Recovery and Transformation (BERT) Programme, the island’s exchange control regime, and the Central Bank’s role in the revitalisation of the Bridgetown.
