The Central Bank of Barbados is extending its information sessions for all holders of existing Government Treasury Bills, Treasury Notes, Debentures and any other outstanding Government debt.
The sessions targeting holders of such instruments will be hosted at the Courtney Blackman Grande Salle, Tom Adams Financial Centre from Monday, October 1 to Thursday, October4, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Friday, October 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The sessions will help creditors understand the terms and conditions of the Debt Exchange Offer under Government’s Debt Restructuring Programme, as the Bank’s representatives will be on hand to answer queries, and to explain the Offer.
Attendees to the Forum are to bring their ID and the Certificates for the Existing Instruments, along with the Offer Letter.
The deadline for the Debt Exchange Offer is Friday, October 5, 2018.
