The Fish and Dragon Festival, held annually to coincide with the Chinese lunar new year, is a celebration of the long-standing diplomatic relations between Barbados and the People’s Republic of China.
Sponsored by the Central Bank of Barbados and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, the event is a cultural exchange, featuring performers from both countries. The 2021 festival is being held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
