Central Bank of Barbados Governor Dr. Kevin Greenidge was the featured speaker at the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 197th Annual General Meeting.
In a presentation entitled “How Can Innovation and Collaboration Aid in Fostering a Sound and Sustainable Economic Environment for Barbados?”, Governor Greenidge outlined ways in which the private sector can help to strengthen Barbados’ economy, among them investing in green initiatives, education and skills development, and food security, as well as increased participation in the domestic capital markets.
