This paper will address firstly, the aspects of trading at the domestic level which could benefit from some coordination if the Caribbean is to engage optimally in the regional trading of securities. The second part of the presentation will focus on monetary, supervisory and regulatory issues which arise in the context of cross-trading of government securities.
