Although Government and business services provided most jobs, this sector's influence on output per employee was overshadowed by others. Tourism and commerce had a very strong influence on output to employment trends, and Manufacturing's contribution to employment has fallen somewhat. The remaining sectors are relatively small contributors to output and employment.
