Hilton McDavid holds the doctor of science degree engineering management with a concentration in engineering economics and a minor in development economics from Georgetown University. He is a lecturer in operations management and quantitative methods in the M.Sc. programme in hospitality and tourism management at the University of the West Indies. He has published on issues relating to Agro-tourism and the economics of tourism.
